CSA in chaos and should be abolished - Laws

10.33.12pm BST (GMT +0100) Fri 9th Sep 2005

Commenting on Frank Field MP's letter to the Prime Minister regarding the Child Support Agency, Liberal Democrat Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary, David Laws MP said:"It is clear that the CSA is in a state of chaos, and that it needs the most fundamental reform rather than tinkering. The chaotic status of the CSA is indicated by the fact that now people have almost given up making complaints because the CSA has been so incompetent for so long.
