Three Councillors in Herefordshire join the Liberal Democrats

Paul Keetch MP welcomes the three Councillors to the Liberal Democrats

Paul Keetch, Liberal Democrat MP for Hereford, was delighted to welcome three Councillors to the Liberal Democrats. John Davies, James Hill and Paul Truman all serve on Ross Town Council and have recently joined the Liberal Democrats.

Mr. Keetch said "John, James and Paul have all considered their options and confirm that the Liberal Democrats are the future for Ross on Wye. The decision for the three of them to join our Party only emphasises how well the Liberal Democrats are received and perceived locally and nationally. Locally we are proud to have experienced, caring councillors like Derek Bedford and, on the unitary authority, Joyce Davis and Mark Cunningham, working for the people of Ross. Speaking with John, James and Paul I am sure that they too will work hard for the community and enrich the sound basis that we work from."
