ICE report shows that Government must act over transport infrastructure

Commenting on the Institution of Civil Engineers State of the Nation report, Liberal Democrat Shadow Transport Secretary, Tom Brake MP said:

"This report confirms that skimping on transport infrastructure is a false economy.

"With congestion costing business £20 Billion a year, the time for consultations, reviews and feasibility studies is over what we need now is decisive action from the Government
