Liberal Democrat Leader Sir Menzies Campbell

Responding to President Bush's remarks after his meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Maliki, Liberal Democrat Leader Menzies Campbell said "The President had nothing new to say. The poverty of the American approach in Iraq is there for all to see.

"The United States is increasingly out of its depth with Great Britain tagging along behind."
