'The Gulag of the Family Courts' - We fought the Family Court and won - Lobby and book presentation

12.03.36pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 10th May 2007

The second 'Justice for Families' Lobby of MPs and Press Conference is planned for 10.30am in Room C No 1 Parliament Street on Wednesday 16th May 2007. The First lobby involving Angela Cannings, Ian and Angela Gay and Marianne Williams launched the Angela Cannings Foundation and looked at miscarriages of justice in the criminal courts.

The second lobby and press conference will include the giving a copy of Jack Frost's book "The Gulag of the Family Courts" to the House of Commons Library and will have stories from people who have fought the family courts and won.

John Hemmings MP

The book exposes a secret UK judicial system that is not even known to Parliament, is not accountable to its Minister in Parliament and about which the press are forbidden to report, under pain of immediate imprisonment. The Minister for The Department of Constitution Affairs and a senior judge have publicly announced that the situation is indefensible. The scandal concerns a huge number of false allegations made against innocent and vulnerable parents in 'secret', so that their children can be forcibly taken from them and traded, often into an industry of 'connections', in a nether world that excludes the press and is completely opaque, unscrutinised and unaccountable.

The book identifies the police willingly cooperating with those public officials (cial workers, paediatricians etc) involved in misleading the Family Courts and involved in criminal offences committed in the Family Courts; which results in children being wrongly and falsely removed from their parents and placed into Care and adoption, to satisfy an industry in secret. It confirms that in this secret gulag, the very notification of a criminal offence committed by social workers and other public officials, is itself construed as a criminal offence which takes precedence over all else.
